It was an outstanding turnout and ton of great information was passed <a href="http://www.recruitingtools.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/need-a-job-shirt.jpg"><img class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-1004" title="need-a-job-shirt" src="http://www.recruitingtools.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/need-a-job-shirt-150x150.jpg" alt="need-a-job-shirt" width="150" height="150" /></a>around. It&#8217;s a tough idea to face when you are downsized; I know, I&#8217;ve been there. It&#8217;s a rude awakening; a shot is arm and completely breaks your confidence.</p>
<p>But you can&#8217;t let it get the best of you. You have to be strong and understand that in order to compete in today&#8217;s job market you will need to embrace and leverage the powers of Social Media. Over the next few weeks I will be posting detailed write ups on my top 5 social media tools and how I leverage theses tools on a daily basis to build a credible and trustworthy brand.</p>
